1. Although the ingredients are natural based, biting and breaking the product is dangerous for the young kids. Parents of the children who frequently put foreign objects into their mouths should think twice before purchasing this product.
2. All product is wrapped with inflatable bubble wrap to securely protect them during the transit. While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your item, please note that we cannot guarantee the appearance of the product due to factors beyond our control during delivery.
3. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities upon the arrival of the package.
4. Handmade watercolors may have slight cracks or uneven appearances, which are normal variations.
5. Items sold are not refundable or replaceable due to the nature of our products. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. If you believe that the watercolors do not meet the standard of quality or if there are any other issues with your item, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
6. If your product is damaged upon received (excluding issues with third-party shipping or courier services), please contact us immediately for refunds or replacements, providing proof of damage.
7. Sale items are non-refundable.
8. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. We are not liable for mistakes or delays in delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Cancellations and changes related to the courier require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled courier service.
10. All products will be shipped via our appointed third-party logistics company. Responsibility for delivery transitions to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
11. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances. Neither our company nor the courier will be liable for delays in delivery.
12. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer's unavailability or incorrect contact information provided.
13. Our delivery partner's coverage area may change without notice. If your order is outside our delivery coverage area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order, with prior notification.
14. In the event of the recipient's absence during delivery, re-delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.
